Hebraic/Messianic dance is a form of worship that has been around for centuries; It mimics a form of worship which King David did as he danced before the Ark of the Covenant (2 Samuel 6) and how Miriam and the other Hebrew women celebrated and praised Yahweh God after the splitting of the Red Sea (Exodus 15:20-21). Today Hebraic dance is a wonderful expression of worship to the Most High and is easy to learn.
