Director, Editor & Head Costumer
After 15 years of performing on the stage including tap dance, Broadway musicals, Shakespeare Plays and Hebraic Circle Dance, I have been given a heart for glorifying Yahweh (God) through the performing arts. After watching several different films and plays portraying classic Scriptural stories, most of which deviate from the TRUE account (at least partially), I have been disappointed with the published result.
Proverbs 30:5,6 states: “Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Don’t you add to his words, lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar.” WEB
With this Scripture ringing in my ears when I watch inaccurate or distorted films, it is difficult for me not to want to make improvements.
However, after watching “The Gospel of John” (Made in 2003; Directed by: Philip Saville; Written by: John Goldsmith; Starring: Henry Ian Cusick, Daniel Kash, Christopher Plummer), it gave me hope that not only Scriptural stories, but also stories from World History can be told accurately and still be entertaining. NarroWay Entertainment Film Production is where I aspire to direct and produce the “lost” stories from World History, stories from Scripture, and other films in order to inspire others to grow personally, to know the truth about our past and to draw closer to Yahweh (God).
Handel H.
Director of Photography
Graduating film school in 2015, Handel started telling stories with documentaries and forged his craft through meaningful experiences.
On his fourth documentary, “American Family Revival”, Handel was able to secure distribution and work with TV agencies like ABC News, HGTV and TLC, who remarked on Handel’s professionalism and cinematography.
Handel mainly seeks to serve others and innovate where possible. In 2016, he created an investor teaser trailer for a feature film which went on to become fully funded as a motion picture entitled, “The Reliant”.
Handel’s storytelling capability and knowledge of cinematography continue to develop as he works quietly “in the shadows”.
